Ira Nissel, An entrepreneur with international expertise in business development and marketing, Ira Nissel is the founder and CEO of IMS Global, Inc., .a global health care firm specializing in medical travel to Israel. A health care and business visionary, Nissel recognized the potential for Israel to attract patients throughout the world and established the company in 2007. Under his direction, IMS today assists people who want to access high quality medical care and services in Israel, already recognized worldwide as a key, cost-efficient destination and a leader in medical treatment, research, and technological development. Celebrating its first business anniversary, IMS is positioned as an international leader in the medical tourism industry in Israel and Nissel is driving recognition for Israel as a provider of humanitarian health care.
As Corporate Director of Business Development & Sales for InkSure, Inc., a forensic security technology firm with headquarters in Israel and the US, Nissel co-created the company’s long-term business strategy, redefined target segments and regional focus, and also assisted in securing a first investment of $6.7 million prior to a reverse merger. Serving the company’s European and Asian markets, Nissel developed strategic partnerships with OEMs there and also established regional offices in Singapore and Italy. Previously, he had managed business development and operations for other international companies specializing in security technologies and products.
Born in Miami, Florida, Nissel was educated at Boston University where he received his BA in Economics with a minor in Business Administration and Management. He earned his MBA, with honors, from New York University and received extensive business and executive training in the U.S. and at the National University of Singapore.
Nissel and his family emigrated to Israel in 1979, and he served as First Sergeant of Special Forces in the Israeli army.

Dr. Klinger, was born 1962 in Chicago USA . Dr Klinger graduated Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem in 1989. He completed his residency training in pediatrics during the years at Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel, Dr Klinger continued his training as a Neonatologist in the NICU at Schneider Children's Medical Center. During 1998-2000 Dr Klinger completed the dual fellowship programs in Neonatology and Pharmacology at the world renown Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. In the year 2000, Dr Klinger returned to Schneider Children's Medical Center as a senior staff neonatologist and in 2006 was appointed as Deputy Director of the NICU.
During the same year he was chosen to serve as a board member of the executive committee of the Israeli Neonatal Association. Dr Klinger has also graduated the Master degree program of Health Administration at Tel Aviv University. Dr Klinger is a Lecturer in Pediatrics at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. He is active in medical research and is an author of over 50 medical publications in leading medical journals. Despite his many medical obligations, Dr Klinger continues to practice general pediatrics as a pediatrician.
Dr Klinger heads IMS's Pediatric Division and oversees all pediatric activity.

Ambassador Cohen, is a career diplomat, during her many years of service, Ambassador Cohen served in various foreign service posts in the United States, Georgia Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. Ambassador Cohen's husband also serves Israel's Foreign Ministry, serving as Israel's Ambassador and Special Envoy to the Slovenian Presidency.

Dr. Haik works for The Chaim Sheba Medical Center as a Director in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Elliot R. Goodman was born in England and received his undergraduate and medical school education at Cambridge University. He moved to the USA in 1990 and trained in general surgery at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY from 1990 to 1996. He spent two years as a research fellow at Columbia University working with Mark Hardy, MD, in the field of cellular transplantation and immunology. During his fellowship, he presented his findings at various national and international meetings and published his work in many peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Goodman joined the medical staff of Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City in early 2004. Before this, he was Chief of Bariatric Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. He is currently on the surgical faculty of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. From 1997 to 1999, he was on the faculty of the New Jersey Medical School and was the co-director of the University Institute for the Surgery of Morbid Obesity in Newark, NJ. Dr Goodman is an active member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgery. He lectures throughout the country on the topic of obesity surgery and trains surgeons in techniques of bariatric surgery from all over the USA. |

She has gained industry recognition for her role in the development of programs and campaigns for national and international corporations, serves as an advisor to public, private and not-for-profit entities, and has been invited by the US Federal Trade Commission to testify on healthcare advertising and marketing ethics.
Ms. Carabello has been tapped to lead industry consortia and consults to numerous professional and healthcare organizations. She was invited to serve a member of the advisory board of the Medical Tourism Association and is the publisher of Medical Travel Today, the authoritative newsletter of the medical tourism industry.
Ms. Carabello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University, and she is a candidate for a Master's Degree. She was invited for membership status in the Healthcare Women’s Leadership Trust, was awarded the annual citation from the NJ Association of Women Business Owners and was elected as a "Pioneer Woman of the 90s." |

Mr. Carabello holds an MBA degree in management from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
